COVID-19 forced a rapid shift to digital care, and we do not yet understand how this has impacted interactions between patients and providers. Laura is exploring how digital care influences interactions in primary care and how we can leverage technology to amplify compassion by understanding what influences compassionate care and how it occurs in patient-provider interactions.
